I offer a consultation service for pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal recovery.

This can include (but is not limited to):

  • Birth plans,

  • Birth options for breech,

  • Pelvic girdle difficulties,

  • Diastasis recti pre- and post birth

  • Pelvic floor issues pre- and post birth

and

  • Just a listening ear for when you need to consider information for a decision.
